From Law to STEM: A lawyer’s journey from ground zero (part 1)

I am writing this because no one else is. It is as if my path was predetermined ages ago, to go into law — to bag the biggest cases in the shortest time possible. To climb the tops of the corporate ranks, legal acumen akimbo, was the apogee of dreams in my law school brain. But, alas… as so often is the case in life, or desire, or student loans, most things do not go to plan.
In this series, I’m going to tell the tale of a lawyer, making her way from law, though maths, and into STEM. Along the way, I’ll drop little gems on why I am pursing a path in STEM. Hope you enjoy :)
